Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique identity number issued to citizens of India by the Government of India. The unique number is a proof of identity and Indian address of Indian Citizens. Aadhaar is for people of all age group. Aadhaar number is used as Identification for various government and non-government services in India such as opening a Bank Account and having a passport, driving license, etc.
In association with UIDAI. NPST is authorized to provide Aadhaar service to Indian citizens. NPST enrolls Indian citizens for Aadhaar at various Cities and States of India. Aadhaar is based on the demographic and biometric data of Indian residents.
NPST provides Aadhaar enrolment through its initiative Serve Seva Kendra (having all services of Permanent Enrolment Centre (PEC) 'A Consumer Services Mall' where citizens could walk-in and access every useful citizen service under single roof. NPST currently have more than 1300 active Aadhaar machines in the market that are delivering these enrolments on daily basis and also completed more than 10 Millions Aadhaar enrolments as on today. NPST also trains people to provide Aadhaar services.
